Upper estimated price slightly exceeded

It achieved a price of GBP 7,200.00 (€ 10,629.46), exceeding the upper end of the estimate range by 20%. However, buyers have had to dig much deeper into their pockets for other works by James Lynwood Palmer - we have observed the highest auction result to date for the work Horses in an extensive landscape with figures beyond, which sold at auction in December 2008 for USD 35,000.00 (€ 25,145.48).

Sie erzielte dabei einen Preis von GBP 7.200,00 (€ 10.629,46) und übertraf damit das obere Ende der Schätzpreisspanne um 20%.
