Here, the upper estimate of GBP 600.00 was slightly exceeded - the artwork found a new owner for GBP 625.00 (€ 726.08). Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by James Ferrier Pryde achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work The Red Ruin in September 2011 with an auction result of GBP 91,250.00 (€ 106,007.14).

Die Arbeit Cowdray Park - Lady Cowdray at Home, Polo, 5 to 7.30 von James Ferrier Pryde wurde im September 2011 in der Auktion The Cowdray Sale: Works of Art from Cowdray Park and Dunecht House,At Cowdray Park, West Sussex bei Christies in London versteigert. Dabei wurde der obere Schätzpreis von GBP 600,00 leicht übertroffen – das Kunstwerk fand für GBP 625,00 (€ 726,08) einen neuen Besitzer.
