Sold at the upper estimate price
The work Sans titre by James Coignard was sold in the The value of Art –A contemporary collection H061 auction at Bukowski in Stockholm in October 2020. The auction ended at the price of SEK 3,000.00 (€ 289.26), which exactly corresponded to the upper end of the estimated price range of SEK 2,500.00 – 3,000.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by James Coignard achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Le Clavier in April 2009 with an auction result of EUR 14,640.00.
Zuschlag beim oberen Schätzpreis
Die Arbeit Sans titre von James Coignard wurde im Oktober 2020 in der Auktion The value of Art –A contemporary collection H061 bei Bukowski in Stockholm versteigert. Das dabei erzielte Ergebnis von SEK 3.000,00 (€ 289,26) entsprach exakt dem oberen Ende der Schätzpreisspanne von SEK 2.500,00 – 3.000,00. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von James Coignard erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Le Clavier im April 2009 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von EUR 14.640,00.
