A top price for Jaime Pacena II
In October 2011 Sothebys in Hong Kong held the auction Modern & Contemporary Southeast Asian Paintings, which included the work The Other Lover by Jaime Pacena II. The »bidding war« ended at HKD 87,500.00 (€ 8,080.59), 46% above the upper estimate. With this result, The Other Lover is even the most expensive work of art by Jaime Pacena II that we have observed at auctions so far.

Im Oktober 2011 führte Sothebys in Hong Kong die Auktion Modern & Contemporary Southeast Asian Paintings durch, in der auch die Arbeit The Other Lover von Jaime Pacena II zur Versteigerung kam. Das »Bietergefecht« endete beim Preis von HKD 87.500,00 (€ 8.080,59) und damit 46% über dem oberen Schätzpreis. Mit diesem Ergebnis ist The Other Lover sogar das teuerste Kunstwerk von Jaime Pacena II, das wir bisher bei Auktionen beobachtet haben.
