Upper estimated price slightly exceeded
The work Growl II by Jade Kim was auctioned at Phillips in 29 June - in July this year. Here, the upper estimate of HKD 100,000.00 was slightly exceeded - the artwork found a new owner for HKD 114,300.00 (€ 13,296.97). Admittedly, works by Jade Kim have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work Reflection in September last year with an auction result of HKD 756,000.00 (€ 98,373.51).
Oberer Schätzpreis leicht übertroffen
Die Arbeit Growl II von Jade Kim kam im Juli diesen Jahres bei Phillips in 29 June - zur Auktion. Dabei wurde der obere Schätzpreis von HKD 100.000,00 leicht übertroffen – das Kunstwerk fand für HKD 114.300,00 (€ 13.296,97) einen neuen Besitzer. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Jade Kim auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit Reflection im September letzten Jahres mit einem Auktionsergebnis von HKD 756.000,00 (€ 98.373,51).
