Auction result well in line with expectations
The work Sans titre by Jacques Yankel was auctioned at Christies in Paris in April 2007. The price achieved of EUR 336.00 was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as EUR 300.00 – 400.00. However, buyers have had to dig much deeper into their pockets for other works by Jacques Yankel - we have observed the highest auction result to date for the work L'Atelier De L'Artiste, which sold at auction in March 2010 for EUR 893.00.

Die Arbeit Sans titre von Jacques Yankel kam im April 2007 bei Christies in Paris zur Auktion. Der dabei erzielte Preis von EUR 336,00 lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit EUR 300,00 – 400,00 angegeben worden. Für andere Arbeiten von Jacques Yankel mussten die Käufer allerdings auch schon deutlich tiefer in die Tasche greifen – das bisher höchste Auktionsergebnis haben wir für die Arbeit L'Atelier De L'Artiste beobachtet, die im März 2010 für EUR 893,00 versteigert wurde.
