A top price for Jacques Rigaud - as previously expected
The work La Colonnade by Jacques Rigaud was auctioned at Christies in London in July 2007. The price achieved of GBP 28,800.00 (€ 42,774.65) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as GBP 25,000.00 – 35,000.00. Even if this result could not surprise positively, La Colonnade is the most expensive artwork by Jacques Rigaud that we have observed at auctions so far.
Ein Spitzenpreis mit Ansage
Die Arbeit La Colonnade von Jacques Rigaud kam im Juli 2007 bei Christies in London zur Auktion. Der dabei erzielte Preis von GBP 28.800,00 (€ 42.774,65) lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit GBP 25.000,00 – 35.000,00 angegeben worden. Auch wenn das Ergebnis damit nicht positiv überraschen konnte, ist La Colonnade das teuerste Kunstwerk von Jacques Rigaud, das wir bisher bei Auktionen beobachtet haben.
