Upper estimated price slightly exceeded
The work Portrait De Van Gogh - 1970 by Jacques Hérold was sold in the Opening Sale 1945-Now auction at Artcurial in Paris in March 2018. It achieved a price of EUR 2,340.00 exceeding the upper end of the estimate range by 17 %. Admittedly, works by Jacques Hérold have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work Le Grand Transparent in July 2005 with an auction result of EUR 22,200.00.
Oberer Schätzpreis leicht übertroffen
Die Arbeit Portrait De Van Gogh - 1970 von Jacques Hérold wurde im März 2018 in der Auktion Opening Sale 1945-Now bei Artcurial in Paris versteigert. Sie erzielte dabei einen Preis von EUR 2.340,00 und übertraf damit das obere Ende der Schätzpreisspanne um 17 %. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Jacques Hérold auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit Le Grand Transparent im Juli 2005 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von EUR 22.200,00.
