The work Elégante Écoutant Un Joueur De Guitare Dans Un Parc À Romejacques-Henri Sablet ; Elegante Listening To A Guitar Player In A Park In Rome ; Signed And Dated Lower Left In The Base Of The Scultpure ; Oil On Canvas by Jacques Sablet was auctioned at Sothebys in Paris in June 2013. Here, the upper estimate of EUR 100,000.00 was slightly exceeded - the artwork found a new owner for EUR 103,500.00. Admittedly, works by Jacques Sablet have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work La Tarantelle: An evening coastal landscape with Neapolitan peasants dancing the Tarantella in April 2005 with an auction result of GBP 456,000.00 (€ 674,946.36).

Die Arbeit Elégante Écoutant Un Joueur De Guitare Dans Un Parc À Romejacques-Henri Sablet ; Elegante Listening To A Guitar Player In A Park In Rome ; Signed And Dated Lower Left In The Base Of The Scultpure ; Oil On Canvas von Jacques Sablet kam im Juni 2013 bei Sothebys in Paris zur Auktion. Dabei wurde der obere Schätzpreis von EUR 100.000,00 leicht übertroffen – das Kunstwerk fand für EUR 103.500,00 einen neuen Besitzer. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Jacques Sablet auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit La Tarantelle: An evening coastal landscape with Neapolitan peasants dancing the Tarantella im April 2005 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von GBP 456.000,00 (€ 674.946,36).
