Auction result well in line with expectations

The price achieved of EUR 10,296.00 was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as EUR 8,000.00 – 12,000.00. Admittedly, works by Jacques Courtois have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work Putti And Children Surrounded By Fruit, Formal Gardens Beyond in December 2016 with an auction result of GBP 70,000.00 (€ 81,841.36).
