The work Abraham and the three Angels by Jacob Pynas was sold in the OLD MASTER PICTURES auction at Christies in Amsterdam in November 2001. It achieved a price of EUR 11,750.00 exceeding the upper end of the estimate range by 57 %. Admittedly, works by Jacob Pynas have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work Moses And Aaron in April 2006 with an auction result of USD 72,000.00 (€ 57,034.22).

Die Arbeit Abraham and the three Angels von Jacob Pynas wurde im November 2001 in der Auktion OLD MASTER PICTURES bei Christies in Amsterdam versteigert. Sie erzielte dabei einen Preis von EUR 11.750,00 und übertraf damit das obere Ende der Schätzpreisspanne um 57 %. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Jacob Pynas auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit Moses And Aaron im April 2006 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von USD 72.000,00 (€ 57.034,22).
