Upper estimate price exceeded by more than 100%
This artwork by Jacob de Wit achieved an unexpectedly high price at Bonhams in Skinner Marlborough, Massachusetts in November this year. In the European Art Online | Bonhams Skinner auction, the work A Flying Putto sold for USD 1,408.00 (€ 1,290.80) - well above the upper estimate of USD 500.00.
