A top price for Jack McConville
In December 2019 Sothebys in London held the auction The Hoarder Sale, which included the work Rokeby Candy by Jack McConville. The »bidding war« ended at GBP 1,750.00 (€ 2,068.30), 17% above the upper estimate. With this result, Rokeby Candy is even the most expensive work of art by Jack McConville that we have observed at auctions so far.

Im Dezember 2019 führte Sothebys in London die Auktion The Hoarder Sale durch, in der auch die Arbeit Rokeby Candy von Jack McConville zur Versteigerung kam. Das »Bietergefecht« endete beim Preis von GBP 1.750,00 (€ 2.068,30) und damit 17% über dem oberen Schätzpreis. Mit diesem Ergebnis ist Rokeby Candy sogar das teuerste Kunstwerk von Jack McConville, das wir bisher bei Auktionen beobachtet haben.
