A top price for Jack Bilbo - as previously expected
The work The Question (Mobile II) by Jack Bilbo was sold in the The Poetry of Crisis; The Peter Nahum Collection of British Surrealist and Avant-Garde Art 1930-1951 auction at Christies in London in November 2006. The price achieved of GBP 2,400.00 (€ 3,564.08) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as GBP 2,000.00 – 3,000.00. Even if this result could not surprise positively, The Question (Mobile II) is the most expensive artwork by Jack Bilbo that we have observed at auctions so far.
Ein Spitzenpreis mit Ansage
Die Arbeit The Question (Mobile II) von Jack Bilbo wurde im November 2006 in der Auktion The Poetry of Crisis; The Peter Nahum Collection of British Surrealist and Avant-Garde Art 1930-1951 bei Christies in London versteigert.
