Sold at the upper estimate price
In June 2020 Bukowski in Stockholm held the auction Important Spring Sale, which included the work Man in an autumn landscape by Ivar Arosenius. The auction ended at the price of SEK 60,000.00 (€ 5,737.69), which exactly corresponded to the upper end of the estimated price range of SEK 50,000.00 – 60,000.00. Admittedly, works by Ivar Arosenius have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work 'Bacchi sjö' (The Sea of Bacchus) in December 2021 with an auction result of SEK 540,000.00 (€ 52,673.62).
Zuschlag beim oberen Schätzpreis
Im Juni 2020 führte Bukowski in Stockholm die Auktion Important Spring Sale durch, in der auch die Arbeit Man in an autumn landscape von Ivar Arosenius zur Versteigerung kam. Das dabei erzielte Ergebnis von SEK 60.000,00 (€ 5.737,69) entsprach exakt dem oberen Ende der Schätzpreisspanne von SEK 50.000,00 – 60.000,00. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Ivar Arosenius auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit 'Bacchi sjö' (The Sea of Bacchus) im Dezember 2021 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von SEK 540.000,00 (€ 52.673,62).
