This artwork by Ivar Arosenius achieved an unexpectedly high price at Bukowski in Stockholm in June 2020. In the Important Spring Sale auction, the work "Lillan" / "Lillan med rött hårband i profil" (Portrait of the artist's daughter with a red ribbon in her hair) sold for SEK 65,000.00 (€ 6,215.83) - well above the upper estimate of SEK 30,000.00. Admittedly, works by Ivar Arosenius have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work 'Bacchi sjö' (The Sea of Bacchus) in December 2021 with an auction result of SEK 540,000.00 (€ 52,673.62).
Oberer Schätzpreis um mehr als 100% übertroffen
Dieses Kunstwerk von Ivar Arosenius erzielte im Juni 2020 bei Bukowski in Stockholm einen unerwartet hohen Preis. In der Auktion Important Spring Sale wurde die Arbeit "Lillan" / "Lillan med rött hårband i profil" (Portrait of the artist's daughter with a red ribbon in her hair) für SEK 65.000,00 (€ 6.215,83) versteigert – und damit weit über dem oberen Schätzpreis von SEK 30.000,00. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Ivar Arosenius auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit 'Bacchi sjö' (The Sea of Bacchus) im Dezember 2021 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von SEK 540.000,00 (€ 52.673,62).
