Auction result misses estimated price range
This work of art by Ivan Ivarson could be acquired at Bukowski in Stockholm in May this year for an unexpectedly low price. In the Modern Art + Design auction, the work Still life with flowers. changed hands for SEK 175,000.00 (€ 15,078.84) - missing the lower end of the estimate range of SEK 250,000.00 – 300,000.00. Admittedly, works by Ivan Ivarson have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work "Skymning" (Twilight) in May 2011 with an auction result of SEK 1,000,000.00 (€ 112,548.69).
Auktionsergebnis verfehlt die Schätzpreisspanne
Dieses Kunstwerk von Ivan Ivarson konnte im Mai diesen Jahres bei Bukowski in Stockholm für einen unerwartet niedrigen Preis ersteigert werden. In der Auktion Modern Art + Design wechselte die Arbeit Still life with flowers. für SEK 175.000,00 (€ 15.078,84) den Besitzer – und verfehlte damit das untere Ende der Schätzpreisspanne von SEK 250.000,00 – 300.000,00. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Ivan Ivarson auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit "Skymning" (Twilight) im Mai 2011 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von SEK 1.000.000,00 (€ 112.548,69).
