A top price for Isaac Walter Jenner - as previously expected
In August 2003 Christies in Sydney held the auction AUSTRALIAN, INTERNATIONAL & CONTEMPORARY PAINTINGS, which included the work Portsmouth by Isaac Walter Jenner. The price achieved of AUD 9,400.00 (€ 5,553.07) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as AUD 8,000.00 – 12,000.00. Even if this result could not surprise positively, Portsmouth is the most expensive artwork by Isaac Walter Jenner that we have observed at auctions so far.

Im August 2003 führte Christies in Sydney die Auktion AUSTRALIAN, INTERNATIONAL & CONTEMPORARY PAINTINGS durch, in der auch die Arbeit Portsmouth von Isaac Walter Jenner zur Versteigerung kam. Der dabei erzielte Preis von AUD 9.400,00 (€ 5.553,07) lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit AUD 8.000,00 – 12.000,00 angegeben worden.
