A top price for Isaac van Duynen - as previously expected
In November 2011 Christies in London held the auction Old Masters and 19th Century Art, which included the work Grapes, peaches and plums in a 'wan-li kraak' porcelain dish and in a wicker basket, a pewter jug and a silver plate, all on a partially draped table in an interior by Isaac van Duynen. The price achieved of EUR 15,000.00 was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as EUR 12,000.00 – 18,000.00. Even if this result could not surprise positively, Grapes, peaches and plums in a 'wan-li kraak' porcelain dish and in a wicker basket, a pewter jug and a silver plate, all on a partially draped table in an interior is the most expensive artwork by Isaac van Duynen that we have observed at auctions so far.
Ein Spitzenpreis mit Ansage
Im November 2011 führte Christies in London die Auktion Old Masters and 19th Century Art durch, in der auch die Arbeit Grapes, peaches and plums in a 'wan-li kraak' porcelain dish and in a wicker basket, a pewter jug and a silver plate, all on a partially draped table in an interior von Isaac van Duynen zur Versteigerung kam.
