Auction result misses estimated price range
In November 2008 a collector was able to acquire the work A rocky shore, Crimea by Iosif Krachkovsky for GBP 7,500.00 (€ 9,068.06). This price was achieved in the auction Russian Pictures Including Post-War and Contemporary Art Part II at Christies in London and was even below the estimate range of GBP 8,000.00 – 12,000.00 set by the auction house. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Iosif Krachkovsky achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Autumn in November 2007 with an auction result of GBP 180,500.00 (€ 252,746.70).
Auktionsergebnis verfehlt die Schätzpreisspanne
Im November 2008 konnte ein Sammler die Arbeit A rocky shore, Crimea von Iosif Krachkovsky für GBP 7.500,00 (€ 9.068,06) erwerben. Dieser Preis wurde in der Auktion Russian Pictures Including Post-War and Contemporary Art Part II bei Christies in London erzielt und lag noch unterhalb der von dem Auktionshaus angesetzten Schätzpreisspanne von GBP 8.000,00 – 12.000,00. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Iosif Krachkovsky erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Autumn im November 2007 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von GBP 180.500,00 (€ 252.746,70).
