This artwork by Iosif Krachkovsky achieved an unexpectedly high price at Sothebys in London in June 2017. In the Russian Pictures auction, the work By The Pond (France) sold for GBP 12,500.00 (€ 14,235.17) - well above the upper estimate of GBP 7,000.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Iosif Krachkovsky achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Autumn in November 2007 with an auction result of GBP 180,500.00 (€ 252,746.70).

Dieses Kunstwerk von Iosif Krachkovsky erzielte im Juni 2017 bei Sothebys in London einen unerwartet hohen Preis. In der Auktion Russian Pictures wurde die Arbeit By The Pond (France) für GBP 12.500,00 (€ 14.235,17) versteigert – und damit weit über dem oberen Schätzpreis von GBP 7.000,00. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Iosif Krachkovsky erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Autumn im November 2007 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von GBP 180.500,00 (€ 252.746,70).
