Auction result well in line with expectations
The work Crimean Landscape by Iosif Krachkovsky was auctioned at Sothebys in London in November 2012. The price achieved of GBP 12,500.00 (€ 15,398.73) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as GBP 10,000.00 – 15,000.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Iosif Krachkovsky achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Autumn in November 2007 with an auction result of GBP 180,500.00 (€ 252,746.70).

Die Arbeit Crimean Landscape von Iosif Krachkovsky kam im November 2012 bei Sothebys in London zur Auktion. Der dabei erzielte Preis von GBP 12.500,00 (€ 15.398,73) lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit GBP 10.000,00 – 15.000,00 angegeben worden. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Iosif Krachkovsky erzielen.
