Upper estimate price exceeded by more than 100%
This artwork by Iosif Krachkovsky achieved an unexpectedly high price at Sothebys in London in June 2008. In the Russian Paintings auction, the work In The Hay Field sold for GBP 115,250.00 (€ 145,679.86) - well above the upper estimate of GBP 40,000.00. Despite this good result, it is not the highest hammer price for an artwork by Iosif Krachkovsky; that achieved among the auctions we observed the lot Autumn sold at auction in November 2007 with the realized price of GBP 180,500.00 (€ 252,746.70).
Oberer Schätzpreis um mehr als 100% übertroffen
Dieses Kunstwerk von Iosif Krachkovsky erzielte im Juni 2008 bei Sothebys in London einen unerwartet hohen Preis. In der Auktion Russian Paintings wurde die Arbeit In The Hay Field für GBP 115.250,00 (€ 145.679,86) versteigert – und damit weit über dem oberen Schätzpreis von GBP 40.000,00. Trotz des guten Ergebnisses ist dies nicht der höchste Zuschlag für ein Kunstwerk von Iosif Krachkovsky; den erzielte unter den von uns beobachteten Auktionen die Arbeit Autumn im November 2007 mit dem Hammerpreis von GBP 180.500,00 (€ 252.746,70).
