Artwork auctioned at three times the upper estimate price
The work "Walking Man" by Ilhan Koman was worth SEK 480,000.00 (€ 56,208.99) to a buyer in April 2013. This price was achieved in the auction Spring Modern Auction, Stockholm at Bukowski in Stockholm and exceeded the previously set upper estimate of SEK 125,000.00 many times over. Despite this good result, it is not the highest hammer price for an artwork by Ilhan Koman; that achieved among the auctions we observed the lot without title sold at auction in April 2013 with the realized price of SEK 500,000.00 (€ 58,551.03).

Die Arbeit "Walking Man" von Ilhan Koman war einem Käufer im April 2013 SEK 480.000,00 (€ 56.208,99) wert. Dieser Preise wurde in der Auktion Spring Modern Auction, Stockholm bei Bukowski in Stockholm erzielt und übertraf den zuvor angesetzten oberen Schätzpreis von SEK 125.000,00 um ein Vielfaches. Trotz des guten Ergebnisses ist dies nicht der höchste Zuschlag für ein Kunstwerk von Ilhan Koman; den erzielte unter den von uns beobachteten Auktionen die Arbeit ohne Titel im April 2013 mit dem Hammerpreis von SEK 500.000,00 (€ 58.551,03).
