A top price for Hung Fai
This artwork by Hung Fai achieved an unexpectedly high price at Christies in Hong Kong in May 2018. In the Chinese Contemporary Ink auction, the work Splash VI sold for HKD 500,000.00 (€ 54,627.25) - well above the upper estimate of HKD 220,000.00. This high result makes Splash VI the most expensive artwork by Hung Fai that we have observed at auctions so far.

Dieses Kunstwerk von Hung Fai erzielte im Mai 2018 bei Christies in Hong Kong einen unerwartet hohen Preis.
