Auction result well in line with expectations
In March 2012 Artcurial in Paris held the auction Contemporary Art, which included the work Composition by Huguette Arthur Bertrand. The price achieved of EUR 1,223.00 was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as EUR 1,000.00 – 1,500.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Huguette Arthur Bertrand achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Lidelo n°28 - 1956 in December this year with an auction result of EUR 19,024.00.
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Im März 2012 führte Artcurial in Paris die Auktion Contemporary Art durch, in der auch die Arbeit Composition von Huguette Arthur Bertrand zur Versteigerung kam. Der dabei erzielte Preis von EUR 1.223,00 lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit EUR 1.000,00 – 1.500,00 angegeben worden. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Huguette Arthur Bertrand erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Lidelo n°28 - 1956 im Dezember diesen Jahres mit einem Auktionsergebnis von EUR 19.024,00.
