Upper estimated price slightly exceeded
In March last year Artcurial in Paris held the auction Contemporary Art, which included the work Chrich, N°Xii Ao, N°20 - 1956 by Huguette Arthur Bertrand. Here, the upper estimate of EUR 6,000.00 was slightly exceeded - the artwork found a new owner for EUR 6,560.00. However, buyers have had to dig much deeper into their pockets for other works by Huguette Arthur Bertrand - we have observed the highest auction result to date for the work Lidelo n°28 - 1956, which sold at auction in December this year for EUR 19,024.00.
Oberer Schätzpreis leicht übertroffen
Im März letzten Jahres führte Artcurial in Paris die Auktion Contemporary Art durch, in der auch die Arbeit Chrich, N°Xii Ao, N°20 - 1956 von Huguette Arthur Bertrand zur Versteigerung kam. Dabei wurde der obere Schätzpreis von EUR 6.000,00 leicht übertroffen – das Kunstwerk fand für EUR 6.560,00 einen neuen Besitzer. Für andere Arbeiten von Huguette Arthur Bertrand mussten die Käufer allerdings auch schon deutlich tiefer in die Tasche greifen – das bisher höchste Auktionsergebnis haben wir für die Arbeit Lidelo n°28 - 1956 beobachtet, die im Dezember diesen Jahres für EUR 19.024,00 versteigert wurde.
