A top price for Hubert Yencesse - as previously expected
The work Le Repos by Hubert Yencesse was sold in the 20th Century Art 1900-1950 auction at Artcurial in Paris in March 2019. It changed hands for a price of EUR 1,950.00 achieving a result in the upper range of the estimate price range of EUR 1,500.00 – 2,000.00. Even if this result could not surprise positively, Le Repos is the most expensive artwork by Hubert Yencesse that we have observed at auctions so far.
Ein Spitzenpreis mit Ansage
Die Arbeit Le Repos von Hubert Yencesse wurde im März 2019 in der Auktion 20th Century Art 1900-1950 bei Artcurial in Paris versteigert. Dabei wechselte sie für einen Preis von EUR 1.950,00 den Besitzer und erzielte damit ein Ergebnis im oberen Bereich der Schätzpreisspanne von EUR 1.500,00 – 2.000,00. Auch wenn das Ergebnis damit nicht positiv überraschen konnte, ist Le Repos das teuerste Kunstwerk von Hubert Yencesse, das wir bisher bei Auktionen beobachtet haben.
