A top price for Huang Zhongfang - as previously expected
The work Landscape by Huang Zhongfang was auctioned at Sothebys in Hong Kong in October 2013. The price achieved of HKD 137,500.00 (€ 13,048.04) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as HKD 120,000.00 – 180,000.00. Even if this result could not surprise positively, Landscape is the most expensive artwork by Huang Zhongfang that we have observed at auctions so far.
Ein Spitzenpreis mit Ansage
Die Arbeit Landscape von Huang Zhongfang kam im Oktober 2013 bei Sothebys in Hong Kong zur Auktion. Der dabei erzielte Preis von HKD 137.500,00 (€ 13.048,04) lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit HKD 120.000,00 – 180.000,00 angegeben worden. Auch wenn das Ergebnis damit nicht positiv überraschen konnte, ist Landscape das teuerste Kunstwerk von Huang Zhongfang, das wir bisher bei Auktionen beobachtet haben.
