Auction result well in line with expectations
The work Figures, Landscapes by Huang Shaoqiang was auctioned at Christies in Hong Kong in November 2006. The price achieved of HKD 78,000.00 (€ 7,564.14) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as HKD 65,000.00 – 85,000.00. Admittedly, works by Huang Shaoqiang have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work Immortality And Oblivion in April 2012 with an auction result of HKD 400,000.00 (€ 38,974.98).

Der dabei erzielte Preis von HKD 78.000,00 (€ 7.564,14) lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit HKD 65.000,00 – 85.000,00 angegeben worden. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Huang Shaoqiang auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit Immortality And Oblivion im April 2012 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von HKD 400.000,00 (€ 38.974,98).
