Chinese Paintings From the Yanqinzhai Collection 「硯琴齋」珍藏中國書畫 Lot 601-731 「杯裏紫茶香代酒，琴中綠水靜留賓」 ——硯琴齋主之書畫收藏 硯琴齋主，祖籍廣東汕頭，生於香港。早年從事貿易，經商之餘耽於傳統藝術。上世紀七十年代，師從本港名家范又新習書，八十年代初先後隨容思澤、吳景略、蔡德允諸師習操縵，並蒐訪歷代琴器，復考其沿革，珍藏唐宋元明以來古斲甚夥。數十年來，以琴會友，多次於港、臺和澳門各大學及博物館舉辦古琴展覽及講座，竭心盡力於古琴藝術之普及推廣。 絲桐之外，硯琴齋主亦雅好丹青�

Auction result misses estimated price range
In October 2021 a collector was able to acquire the work Feeding Chicks by Huang Shaoqiang for HKD 8,287.50 (€ 921.87). This price was achieved in the auction Chinese Paintings From the Yanqinzhai CollectionThe Online Sale at Bonhams in Hong Kong and was even below the estimate range of HKD 15,000.00 – 25,000.00 set by the auction house. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Huang Shaoqiang achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Immortality And Oblivion in April 2012 with an auction result of HKD 400,000.00 (€ 38,974.98).
Auktionsergebnis verfehlt die Schätzpreisspanne
Im Oktober 2021 konnte ein Sammler die Arbeit Feeding Chicks von Huang Shaoqiang für HKD 8.287,50 (€ 921,87) erwerben. Dieser Preis wurde in der Auktion Chinese Paintings From the Yanqinzhai CollectionThe Online Sale bei Bonhams in Hong Kong erzielt und lag noch unterhalb der von dem Auktionshaus angesetzten Schätzpreisspanne von HKD 15.000,00 – 25.000,00. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Huang Shaoqiang erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Immortality And Oblivion im April 2012 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von HKD 400.000,00 (€ 38.974,98).
