Upper estimated price slightly exceeded
The work Calligraphy In Seal Script by Huang Miaozi was auctioned at China Guardian in Hong Kong in April 2021. It achieved a price of HKD 25,960.00 (€ 2,779.42), exceeding the upper end of the estimate range by 18%. Admittedly, works by Huang Miaozi have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work Calligraphy In Regular Script in April this year with an auction result of HKD 24,000.00 (€ 24,508.70).
Oberer Schätzpreis leicht übertroffen
Die Arbeit Calligraphy In Seal Script von Huang Miaozi kam im April 2021 bei China Guardian in Hong Kong zur Auktion. Sie erzielte dabei einen Preis von HKD 25.960,00 (€ 2.779,42) und übertraf damit das obere Ende der Schätzpreisspanne um 18%. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Huang Miaozi auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit Calligraphy In Regular Script im April diesen Jahres mit einem Auktionsergebnis von HKD 24.000,00 (€ 24.508,70).
