A top price for Huang Miaozi - as previously expected
The work Calligraphy In Regular Script by Huang Miaozi was auctioned at China Guardian in Hong Kong in April this year. The estimated price for the artwork was previously given by the auction house with a range of HKD 20,000.00 – 40,000.00, the actual price achieved of HKD 24,000.00 (€ 24,508.70) could thus just exceed the lower estimate. Even if this result could not surprise positively, Calligraphy In Regular Script is the most expensive artwork by Huang Miaozi that we have observed at auctions so far.
Ein Spitzenpreis mit Ansage
Die Arbeit Calligraphy In Regular Script von Huang Miaozi kam im April diesen Jahres bei China Guardian in Hong Kong zur Auktion. Der Schätzpreis für das Kunstwerk wurde von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit einer Spanne von HKD 20.000,00 – 40.000,00 angegeben, der tatsächlich erzielte Preis von HKD 24.000,00 (€ 24.508,70) konnte den unteren Schätzpreis somit knapp übertreffen.
