Auction result well in line with expectations
In April 2015 China Guardian in Hong Kong held the auction Chinese Painting and Calligraphy from the Four Seas, which included the work Poem By Lu You In Running Script by Huang Jie. The price achieved of HKD 9,200.00 (€ 1,063.25) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as HKD 8,000.00 – 12,000.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Huang Jie achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Poem In Kaishu in October 2015 with an auction result of HKD 187,500.00 (€ 21,905.00).
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Im April 2015 führte China Guardian in Hong Kong die Auktion Chinese Painting and Calligraphy from the Four Seas durch, in der auch die Arbeit Poem By Lu You In Running Script von Huang Jie zur Versteigerung kam. Der dabei erzielte Preis von HKD 9.200,00 (€ 1.063,25) lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit HKD 8.000,00 – 12.000,00 angegeben worden. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Huang Jie erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Poem In Kaishu im Oktober 2015 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von HKD 187.500,00 (€ 21.905,00).
