Auction result well in line with expectations
The work Calligraphy In Running Script by Hua Ge was auctioned at POLY in January 2024. The estimated price for the artwork was previously given by the auction house with a range of HKD 2,000.00 – 4,000.00, the actual price achieved of HKD 2,400.00 (€ 368.75) could thus just exceed the lower estimate. Other works by Hua Ge have already achieved higher auction prices, for example, in November last year the work Calligraphy was auctioned for HKD 4,200.00 (€ 521.19).
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Die Arbeit Calligraphy In Running Script von Hua Ge kam im Januar 2024 bei POLY zur Auktion. Der Schätzpreis für das Kunstwerk wurde von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit einer Spanne von HKD 2.000,00 – 4.000,00 angegeben, der tatsächlich erzielte Preis von HKD 2.400,00 (€ 368,75) konnte den unteren Schätzpreis somit knapp übertreffen. Andere Arbeiten von Hua Ge konnten bereits höhere Auktionspreise erzielen, so wurde im November letzten Jahres die Arbeit Calligraphy für HKD 4.200,00 (€ 521,19) versteigert.
