Upper estimated price slightly exceeded
The work Landscapes and Figures by Hu Yefo was sold in the Fine Chinese Paintings auction at Bonhams in Hong Kong in June last year. The »bidding war« ended at HKD 140,250.00 (€ 17,067.39), 17% above the upper estimate. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Hu Yefo achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Wu Gorge in October 2012 with an auction result of HKD 4,580,000.00 (€ 455,949.99).
Oberer Schätzpreis leicht übertroffen
Die Arbeit Landscapes and Figures von Hu Yefo wurde im Juni letzten Jahres in der Auktion Fine Chinese Paintings bei Bonhams in Hong Kong versteigert. Das »Bietergefecht« endete beim Preis von HKD 140.250,00 (€ 17.067,39) und damit 17% über dem oberen Schätzpreis. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Hu Yefo erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Wu Gorge im Oktober 2012 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von HKD 4.580.000,00 (€ 455.949,99).
