Auction result well in line with expectations
The work Portrait Of A Lady by Hu Ruosi was auctioned at POLY in October last year. The estimated price for the artwork was previously given by the auction house with a range of HKD 20,000.00 – 50,000.00, the actual price achieved of HKD 24,000.00 (€ 3,075.50) could thus just exceed the lower estimate. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Hu Ruosi achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Mount Hua Scenery in October 2011 with an auction result of HKD 1,700,000.00 (€ 156,994.34).
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Die Arbeit Portrait Of A Lady von Hu Ruosi kam im Oktober letzten Jahres bei POLY zur Auktion. Der Schätzpreis für das Kunstwerk wurde von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit einer Spanne von HKD 20.000,00 – 50.000,00 angegeben, der tatsächlich erzielte Preis von HKD 24.000,00 (€ 3.075,50) konnte den unteren Schätzpreis somit knapp übertreffen. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Hu Ruosi erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Mount Hua Scenery im Oktober 2011 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von HKD 1.700.000,00 (€ 156.994,34).
