The work Calligraphy in Running Script by Hu Hanmin was worth HKD 105,800.00 (€ 10,039.87) to a buyer in October 2013. This price was achieved in the auction Chinese Painting and Calligraphy from the Four Seas at China Guardian in Hong Kong and exceeded the previously set upper estimate of HKD 8,000.00 many times over. However, buyers have had to dig much deeper into their pockets for other works by Hu Hanmin - we have observed the highest auction result to date for the work Calligraphy Couplet in Lishu, which sold at auction in April last year for HKD 226,800.00 (€ 27,421.77).

Die Arbeit Calligraphy in Running Script von Hu Hanmin war einem Käufer im Oktober 2013 HKD 105.800,00 (€ 10.039,87) wert. Dieser Preise wurde in der Auktion Chinese Painting and Calligraphy from the Four Seas bei China Guardian in Hong Kong erzielt und übertraf den zuvor angesetzten oberen Schätzpreis von HKD 8.000,00 um ein Vielfaches. Für andere Arbeiten von Hu Hanmin mussten die Käufer allerdings auch schon deutlich tiefer in die Tasche greifen – das bisher höchste Auktionsergebnis haben wir für die Arbeit Calligraphy Couplet in Lishu beobachtet, die im April letzten Jahres für HKD 226.800,00 (€ 27.421,77) versteigert wurde.
