A top price for Hsiao Ming-Hsien
In July 2020 Sothebys in Hong Kong held the auction Modern Art Day Sale, which included the work Abstraction by Hsiao Ming-Hsien. Here, the upper estimate of HKD 100,000.00 was slightly exceeded - the artwork found a new owner for HKD 106,250.00 (€ 11,641.12). With this result, Abstraction is even the most expensive work of art by Hsiao Ming-Hsien that we have observed at auctions so far.
Ein Spitzenpreis für Hsiao Ming-Hsien
Im Juli 2020 führte Sothebys in Hong Kong die Auktion Modern Art Day Sale durch, in der auch die Arbeit Abstraction von Hsiao Ming-Hsien zur Versteigerung kam. Dabei wurde der obere Schätzpreis von HKD 100.000,00 leicht übertroffen – das Kunstwerk fand für HKD 106.250,00 (€ 11.641,12) einen neuen Besitzer. Mit diesem Ergebnis ist Abstraction sogar das teuerste Kunstwerk von Hsiao Ming-Hsien, das wir bisher bei Auktionen beobachtet haben.
