In the Outsider Art auction, the work Days Of Gods Bible Fulfilling Now (#4,023), 1985 sold for USD 10,625.00 (€ 9,466.32) - well above the upper estimate of USD 4,000.00. Admittedly, works by Howard Finster have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work Traveling Show: Presentation Piece Detailing the Life of Howard Finster, 1988 in January 2019 with an auction result of USD 43,750.00 (€ 38,196.26).
