Auction result well in line with expectations
The work Abstraction 1 - 2013 by Hopare was sold in the Urban & Pop Contemporary auction at Artcurial in Paris in November 2019. The price achieved of EUR 9,100.00 was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as EUR 8,000.00 – 12,000.00. Admittedly, works by Hopare have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work Yiruma in June 2021 with an auction result of HKD 693,000.00 (€ 75,277.77).
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Die Arbeit Abstraction 1 - 2013 von Hopare wurde im November 2019 in der Auktion Urban & Pop Contemporary bei Artcurial in Paris versteigert. Der dabei erzielte Preis von EUR 9.100,00 lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit EUR 8.000,00 – 12.000,00 angegeben worden. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Hopare auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit Yiruma im Juni 2021 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von HKD 693.000,00 (€ 75.277,77).
