Upper estimated price slightly exceeded
The work Chi, 2007 by Hoon Kwak was auctioned at Christies in New York in March 2008. Here, the upper estimate of USD 25,000.00 was slightly exceeded - the artwork found a new owner for USD 27,400.00 (€ 17,336.29). Other works by Hoon Kwak have achieved even higher prices, we observed the highest auction result so far of USD 26,400.00 (€ 20,808.70) in September 2006 for the work Tea Bowls, 2003.

Die Arbeit Chi, 2007 von Hoon Kwak kam im März 2008 bei Christies in New York zur Auktion. Dabei wurde der obere Schätzpreis von USD 25.000,00 leicht übertroffen – das Kunstwerk fand für USD 27.400,00 (€ 17.336,29) einen neuen Besitzer. Andere Arbeiten von Hoon Kwak haben noch höhere Preise erzielt - wir haben das bisher höchste Auktionsergebnis von USD 26.400,00 (€ 20.808,70) im September 2006 für die Arbeit Tea Bowls, 2003 beobachtet.
