Auction result well in line with expectations
The work A. Senza Titolo B. Senza Titolo by Ho Kan was sold in the Modern Art Day Sale auction at Sothebys in Hong Kong in April 2021. The price achieved of HKD 12,600.00 (€ 1,349.03) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as HKD 10,000.00 – 20,000.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Ho Kan achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work without title in April last year with an auction result of HKD 1,386,000.00 (€ 167,577.49).
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Die Arbeit A. Senza Titolo B. Senza Titolo von Ho Kan wurde im April 2021 in der Auktion Modern Art Day Sale bei Sothebys in Hong Kong versteigert. Der dabei erzielte Preis von HKD 12.600,00 (€ 1.349,03) lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit HKD 10.000,00 – 20.000,00 angegeben worden. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Ho Kan erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit ohne Titel im April letzten Jahres mit einem Auktionsergebnis von HKD 1.386.000,00 (€ 167.577,49).
