A top price for James Hiroshi Suzuki - as previously expected
The work 'Ayawind I' Vase by James Hiroshi Suzuki was sold in the Yellow Ball: The Frank and Lorna Dunphy Collection auction at Sothebys in London in September 2018. The price achieved of GBP 15,000.00 (€ 16,846.93) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as GBP 12,000.00 – 18,000.00. Even if this result could not surprise positively, 'Ayawind I' Vase is the most expensive artwork by James Hiroshi Suzuki that we have observed at auctions so far.
