This artwork by Hilma af Klint achieved an unexpectedly high price at Bukowski in December this year. In the Important Winter Sale auction, the work Summer day at Adelsö Church sold for SEK 200,000.00 (€ 17,989.51) - well above the upper estimate of SEK 100,000.00. Despite this good result, it is not the highest hammer price for an artwork by Hilma af Klint; that achieved among the auctions we observed the lot "Syrener" (Lilacs) sold at auction in December 2020 with the realized price of SEK 200,000.00 (€ 19,918.23).

Dieses Kunstwerk von Hilma af Klint erzielte im Dezember diesen Jahres bei Bukowski einen unerwartet hohen Preis. In der Auktion Important Winter Sale wurde die Arbeit Summer day at Adelsö Church für SEK 200.000,00 (€ 17.989,51) versteigert – und damit weit über dem oberen Schätzpreis von SEK 100.000,00. Trotz des guten Ergebnisses ist dies nicht der höchste Zuschlag für ein Kunstwerk von Hilma af Klint; den erzielte unter den von uns beobachteten Auktionen die Arbeit "Syrener" (Lilacs) im Dezember 2020 mit dem Hammerpreis von SEK 200.000,00 (€ 19.918,23).
