In November 2010 Christies in Amsterdam held the auction Impressionist and Modern Art, which included the work A man standing by Hildo Krop. The result of EUR 3,000.00 was exactly at the lower end of the estimate range of EUR 3,000.00 – 5,000.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Hildo Krop achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Actie naar buiten - Actie naar binnen, a pair in May 2002 with an auction result of EUR 107,550.00.
Zuschlag beim unteren Schätzpreis
Im November 2010 führte Christies in Amsterdam die Auktion Impressionist and Modern Art durch, in der auch die Arbeit A man standing von Hildo Krop zur Versteigerung kam. Das dabei erzielte Ergebnis von EUR 3.000,00 entsprach exakt dem unteren Ende der Schätzpreisspanne von EUR 3.000,00 – 5.000,00. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Hildo Krop erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Actie naar buiten - Actie naar binnen, a pair im Mai 2002 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von EUR 107.550,00.
