Upper estimated price slightly exceeded
The work A Bust Of Lenin by Hildo Krop was auctioned at Sothebys in Amsterdam in December 2010. Here, the upper estimate of EUR 5,000.00 was slightly exceeded - the artwork found a new owner for EUR 5,625.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Hildo Krop achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Actie naar buiten - Actie naar binnen, a pair in May 2002 with an auction result of EUR 107,550.00.
Oberer Schätzpreis leicht übertroffen
Die Arbeit A Bust Of Lenin von Hildo Krop kam im Dezember 2010 bei Sothebys in Amsterdam zur Auktion. Dabei wurde der obere Schätzpreis von EUR 5.000,00 leicht übertroffen – das Kunstwerk fand für EUR 5.625,00 einen neuen Besitzer. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Hildo Krop erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Actie naar buiten - Actie naar binnen, a pair im Mai 2002 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von EUR 107.550,00.
