However, buyers have had to dig much deeper into their pockets for other works by Herman Berserik - we have observed the highest auction result to date for the work Uitzicht uit atelier - View from the studio, which sold at auction in December 2001 for EUR 19,975.00.

Die Arbeit Dutch Stilleven von Herman Berserik kam im Juli 2009 bei Sothebys in Amsterdam zur Auktion. Sie erzielte dabei einen Preis von EUR 9.750,00 und übertraf damit das obere Ende der Schätzpreisspanne um 63 %. Für andere Arbeiten von Herman Berserik mussten die Käufer allerdings auch schon deutlich tiefer in die Tasche greifen – das bisher höchste Auktionsergebnis haben wir für die Arbeit Uitzicht uit atelier - View from the studio beobachtet, die im Dezember 2001 für EUR 19.975,00 versteigert wurde.
