Auction result well in line with expectations
The work The Charm Doctor by Herbert Ward was auctioned at Bonhams in London in June this year. The price achieved of GBP 10,240.00 (€ 11,917.60) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as GBP 8,000.00 – 12,000.00. Other works by Herbert Ward have already achieved higher auction prices, for example, in July 2017 the work The Charm Doctor Dancing was auctioned for GBP 16,250.00 (€ 18,132.50).
