Auction result well in line with expectations
The work Untitled, 1990 by Henry Mundy was sold in the Twentieth Century British Art auction at Christies in London in June 2001. The price achieved of GBP 117.50 (€ 195.19) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as GBP 25.00 – 200.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Henry Mundy achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work without title in March 2014 with an auction result of GBP 2,250.00 (€ 2,723.29).
